Refund policy

Returns

You may return your purchase within 90 days of receiving your order. If the product and its packaging are unused and in their original condition, we will refund the full value of the product.

If the product is returned in a condition that prevents us from selling it as new, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect the reduction in value. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Our 90-day return policy applies to consumers and does not apply to business customers.

Returns from Sweden

For returns within Sweden, you can purchase a return shipping label from us for 69 SEK. Simply contact us by email and we will send you a prepaid DHL return label.

You may also arrange the return shipping yourself or return the product directly to our store. If you use our return label, the 69 SEK return shipping cost can be paid by Swish or invoice, or deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for packing the product securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Returns from other EU countries

Under EU consumer protection rules, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. At CleanCut, we extend this period and offer a 90-day return policy.

For returns from outside Sweden, please contact us by email and we will help you arrange the return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

You can either arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself, or ask us to arrange the return shipping for you and deduct the cost from your refund.
