Diamond Engraving

The price refers to diamond engraving on 1 knife. You buy the knife separately and you can choose freely from our entire range.

The best results are achieved on knives with 3 layers of steel. This is because the metal that forms the blade side is significantly softer than the hardened core steel. Therefore, the diamond needle goes deeper and the engraving is more visible. A 3-layer steel also has a homogeneous surface which provides clear contrast to the engraving. It is possible to engrave on single steel knives, but then the engraving will be shallower and not as prominent.

The length of the engraving text must be reasonable (up to about 25 characters).

We do the engraving ourselves and therefore deliver as quickly as with regular orders. As standard, we engrave with the size as shown in the product images. Of course, we can engrave larger or smaller if you have special requests.

Knives that we CANNOT engrave:

- Blades with an uneven surface, for example hammer-forged blades or other textures that make it difficult for the diamond needle to engrave evenly.

- Damascus steel has a pattern that often makes the engraving difficult to see. It becomes like camouflage which can make the engraving hard to read.

- A few knives have very high blades, meat cleavers for example, which do not fit into the engraving machine's clamping device.

Engraved products do not have a right of return as long as the quality of the engraving meets professional standards.
