You have a 90-day return policy with Cleancut. The product must be unused and in original condition for the return to be approved.

We normally ship your order within 1-2 business days. All knives are carefully inspected before shipping. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you.

The vast majority of our knives are made in Japan, primarily in the well-known knife regions of Sanjo, Takefu, Sakai, and Seki. We also have a few knife series that are manufactured in Sweden, Switzerland, and Germany.

Shipping within Sweden costs SEK 69. For orders over SEK 1,000, we offer free shipping. For other EU countries, shipping costs €15, with the exception of Malta and Cyprus. Shipping costs to other countries are shown at checkout.
