This is a high-quality handle made from quince burl. It has a mixed light buffalo horn bolster and a classic octagonal shape.
This handle is best suited to medium-sized knives such as Nakiri and Santoku, and is also a good choice for smaller chef's knives such as Gyuto knives with 190-210 mm blades.
