Two sharpening guides that make sharpening with a whetstone easier. You simply clamp the guide onto the knife's spine, and then all you have to do is move the knife back and forth over the stone. The guide provides a sharpening angle of about 15 degrees, which is optimal for Japanese knives.
The package contains 2 guides, one for large knives and one for smaller knives.
