Tsunehisa Houseki is a very beautiful knife series featuring thin, highly polished Damascus steel blades, paired with enju handles in a classic Japanese octagonal shape. Houseki means 'gemstones' in Japanese, and it's easy to think of jewels when you see this beautiful piece. The steel is A10, a hard stainless steel very similar to VG-10 (hardness 61 HRC).
