A professional mandoline of the highest quality for both slicing and shredding vegetables up to 64 mm in width. The mandoline comes with a straight blade for slicing and three interchangeable julienne blades for shredding in three different thicknesses.
The straight blade has a stepless adjustment from 0.5 to 10 mm, providing full control over the slice thickness. The blade is hand-sharpened and maintains a very high sharpness for precise and even cuts.
A finger guard is included and should always be used for maximum safety.
The mandoline is easy to disassemble for cleaning, and hand washing is recommended to preserve its sharpness.
