Tetsujin Hamono is a smithy located in Kochi prefecture in Japan. Tetsujin is a collaboration between blacksmith Tooru Tamura and sharpener Tateo Myojin. Together they produce premium knives from Shirogami#2 carbon steel. The forging is extremely refined in classic Sakai style.
The knife has a comfortable weight and feels like it’s molded to the hand. The edge itself is very thin and the knife cuts incredibly well.
