Santoku with an 180 mm long blade.

The blade is made of the very popular and high-performance VG10 steel (stainless steel). Around the core steel are 32 layers of softer steel, creating a beautiful Damascus pattern. The upper part of the blade has been hammered and polished to a semi-gloss finish. The handle is octagonal and made of bubinga wood.

This is a knife with a very high-quality feel.
