Paring knife with a 9 cm blade. Beautiful handle made of red pakkawood. The blade is made of 32 layers of Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core.

The red pakkawood handle provides a very comfortable grip and is secured with three rivets, one of which is beautifully adorned with a mosaic pattern. The butt of the handle is flat and can be used for tasks such as crushing garlic and similar kitchen tasks.
