A long and very practical bread knife from Japanese Nisaku. The knife has a slightly curved and serrated blade that cuts very finely through bread. The blade has also been ground with a so-called shinogi line, which makes the bottom part of the blade thin and fine.

The handle is made of walnut.

The design is very practical as the handle is raised a bit from the cutting board. There is therefore no risk of hitting your knuckles on the counter.

Clean the knife after use.
Wash by hand using the soft side of a dish sponge and a little dishwashing liquid.
Rinse the blade especially thoroughly after contact with salty foods.

Leaving salt or moisture on the blade for extended periods.
