Vegetable/paring knife with a well-crafted bolster between the handle and the blade. The blade has an alloy of extra hard steel including molybdenum, tungsten, and vanadium, which makes the edge rust-resistant and durable.

Wash by hand using the soft side of a dish sponge and a little dishwashing liquid.
Rinse the blade especially thoroughly after contact with salty foods.
