The blade is among the thinnest on the market, only 1.5 mm, which contributes to the knife's low weight. The knife tapers all the way from the spine to the edge, creating a V-shaped blade that glides easily through the cut.

Wash by hand using the soft side of a dish sponge and a little dishwashing liquid.
Rinse the blade especially thoroughly after contact with salty foods.
