Shiro Kamo consistently produces knives with outstanding performance. The blades are thin and can easily be sharpened to razor sharpness. For this series, Shiro Kamo has used stainless SG-2 powder steel hardened to 62–63 HRC. The powder-steel core is surrounded by multiple layers of softer steel, giving every knife a unique and beautiful pattern known as Damascus steel.
This knife is made entirely by hand, is of the highest quality and has a classic Japanese design.
